Ibis Styles Sepang KLIA

Pros: near airport Bed comfortable massive swimming pool- biggest Ive ever seen in a hotel. breakfast staff seemed friendly and engaging. cons: I was charges tourist tax even though my trip.com booking included this; I complained to trip who gave me compensation . Bar menu - samosa snack was a bit too plain- would like to see more veg options it would be good to get Tiger beer on draft . no happy hour or other promotions on Friday night I arrived should get another coffee machine as too busy for just one. would like more tv channels like cnn/comedy channels in english

Location: This hotel is located close by to the KLIA and makes it strategic location to stay if have early flight in the morning. Concern 1: During checkin, we were provided 2 keys to rooms and on opening door, found it to be OCCUPIED by other guests (both rooms). Fortunately, they were in decent state. Had to return to front desk and assigned to new rooms. Front Desk team should be aware of which rooms are occupied / available to avoid this kind of issues. Concern 2: Airport shuttle was packed in the morning due to guests not pre-booking their slots. We informed that we needed the 6am shuttle for 3 pax but had to wait for a 2nd shuttle because there were too many other guests heading to KLIA (most without pre-booking). Hotel should prioritize on those who had pre-booked their seats. Facilities: Adequate but didn't have opportunity to use.

Really near to KLIA 1 & 2….just 2~5km…clean n tidy room with delicious foods!

The fantastic: the room was clean and it smelled nice. The pool was beautiful and even when there were a lot of people, it didn't feel crowded. The alacarte menu was delicious, and the cocktails were wonderful.. The shuttle starts at 5am, which is perfect for early flights. And the service!! AMAZING!! They checked me in a bit early and were really responsive to any issues. The OK: I had the dinner buffet...it was OK. The food was bland and seemed a bit dried out. Anyway, there was enough fresh fruit and once there was a crowd and the food started being refreshed, it got better. Overall, it was OK.

A peaceful spot with easy airport access..

Such nice people, very caring and assisted with all my needs. Seems a lovely morale between all the staff giving a good vibe. Friendly and hospitable. Yummy breakfast. Delicious food. The swimming pool is wonderful. Peaceful and pleasant. The shuttle bus to and from the airport is great.
